This role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and assembling product kits in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You ensure orders are complete, correctly labeled, and ready for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and organization. You work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble product kits based on order specifications and customer requirements.
- Pick items from warehouse inventory using established pick lists or order documentation.
- Verify product counts and confirm that all items match order details before packing.
- Inspect items for quality, damage, and completeness prior to packaging.
- Label, package, and securely prepare kits and orders for outbound shipping.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed, including staging and organizing outbound orders.
- Perform general labor tasks in the warehouse such as organizing stock, replenishing inventory, and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, warehouse protocols, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies, product issues, or order concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Adhere to established workflows and timelines to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Essential Skills
- Previous warehouse or production experience.
- Experience with pick and pack operations in a warehouse setting.
- Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving tasks.
- Ability to perform accurate picking, packing, and order selection.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent work history and reliable attendance.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail when verifying counts, inspecting items, and labeling packages.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.

Work Environment
This position operates in a brand-new warehouse facility designed for efficient pick/pack and shipping operations. You work on a day shift schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, providing a consistent four-day workweek. The environment is active and hands-on, involving standing, walking, and handling products throughout the shift. You work around standard warehouse equipment and materials while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Appropriate warehouse attire and closed-toe footwear are required to support a safe and professional working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
