Spectra360 Warehouse Packer
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043 Pay: $21.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Weekend overtime may be required based on production needs.)
Spectra360 is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packers to join a clean, organized warehouse team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous warehouse packing experience who are comfortable using RF scanners and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, long-term position offering weekly pay and the opportunity for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.
Responsibilities:
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Use an RF scanner to pick, verify, and process orders.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Read and follow packing slips and work instructions.
- Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse packing experience required.
- Experience using an RF scanner required.
- Ability to perform basic math without a calculator.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
