What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Packer you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Packer plays an important role in distribution operations by helping move products accurately from warehouse shelves to customer shipments. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements
- Recent packing/shipping experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and attention to detail for accurate packing and counting
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Reliable attendance
- Pack orders accurately according to packing standards and shipping requirements
- Select correct packaging materials, label cartons, and prepare shipments
- Assist with receiving incoming freight, verify counts, and stage product
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
