Warehouse-Order Puller (Bilingual -Spanish/English)

Warehouse WorkerThe Warehouse Worker in a food manufacturing facility is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing raw materials and finished food products while following food safety and sanitation standards. This role supports production operations by maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely material handling, and complying with company and regulatory guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Receive and inspect incoming ingredients, packaging materials, and suppliesStore products properly according to food safety and temperature requirementsPick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipmentLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlySupply production lines with required materials and packagingOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scannersMaintain accurate inventory records and complete warehouse documentationFollow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory proceduresKeep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standardsFollow all food safety, HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and company safety regulationsReport damaged products, shortages, or safety concerns to supervisorsSkills and Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse or food manufacturing experience preferredForklift certification is a plusBasic computer and inventory tracking skillsProblem-solving, strong attention to detail and organizational skillsBilingual (Spanish and English)Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to walk and stand for extended periodsMust be able to stretch, bend, squat, reach, etc.Repetitive hand motionKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesTeamwork and communication skillsTime management and reliabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentWorking Conditions:Manufacturing and warehouse environmentAbility to work in cold, refrigerated, or freezer environments if requiredExposure to varying temperatures, including refrigerated areasRequires standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movementMay involve overtime, weekends, or rotating shiftsEducation:High School Degree or GED preferredCompensation:Salary: $17.25/hr.Health and Benefits package include:70% of an employee’s medical and dental insurance premium is funded by El MilagroSupplemental and Accidental coverage is availableVision insurance coverage are also availableVacation TimeSick days6 paid holidays401(k) retirement savings planLife insurance Sponsored by El MilagroOpportunities for professional development and career growthSchedule:Days: 5–6-day work week; weekends are required.
