We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support operations at a leading distribution facility in Auburn, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for manually order picking Starbucks inventory and operating an Electric Pallet Jack Rider in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must have previous order-picking experience and be committed to working safely, accurately, and efficiently.

- Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Manually pick customer orders accurately using pick sheets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack Rider safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Build and organize pallets according to established guidelines and productivity standards.
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment while maintaining product quality.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials as needed.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
- Meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
