Warehouse OperatorUnder some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our Distribution business in Gillette, WY.Will make an impact in the following ways:Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label, package, and store inventoryPick, pack, and ship products while meeting customer and operational requirementsPerform quality checks to identify damage, discrepancies, or non-conforming materialsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and material flowSupport inventory accuracy and warehouse operations through the use of warehouse systems and equipmentParticipate in rotating on-call shifts as requiredIn order to be successful in this role you will need the following:Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environmentAbility to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficientlyStrong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality inspections and identify discrepanciesEffective communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to workplace safety and following established proceduresAbility to adapt to changing priorities and support business needsFamiliarity with warehouse operations, inventory processes, and material handling equipment is an assetWillingness to participate in rotating on-call coverageRotating on call shiftsEducation, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience: Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
