The ideal candidate has previous warehouse leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead warehouse staff while overseeing daily warehouse operationsCoordinate receiving, stocking, inventory, order picking, packing, and shipping activitiesEnsure orders are processed accurately and shipped on timeMaintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and inventory controlTrain, coach, and develop warehouse team membersSchedule and assign daily workloads to maximize productivityMonitor employee performance and maintain a positive team environmentEnforce company safety policies and OSHA standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouseCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, carriers, and internal departmentsWork closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Delivery teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on timeIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiencyOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as neededTroubleshoot operational issues and resolve them quickly to minimize downtimeRequirements:Previous warehouse supervisory, team lead, or warehouse management experience preferredStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory controlForklift experience (certification is a plus)Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsBasic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferredAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesCommitment to workplace safety and operational excellenceHigh school diploma or GED requiredPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyStand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workdayOperate forklifts and warehouse equipment safelyWork in a warehouse environment with varying temperaturesBenefits:Competitive pay based on experienceFull-time, stable position Monday-Friday schedule (with occasional overtime as needed)Paid holidays and paid time offHealth insurance and additional benefitsCareer advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environment with a well-established, growing company
