Warehouse SupervisorAs the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and effectiveness of the Warehouse staff and operations. Ensures that staff members are following work procedures correctly, and performing at a high level. Ensures customer and internal business needs are met within the scope of the department's responsibilities. Motivates the team to get the job done with teamwork and cooperation. Administers corrective action to team members when appropriate.We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor that understands this is a HANDS-ON position. It requires the ability to work until the job is completed on a daily basis. Physical requirements include walking, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods of time.As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will work: Monday through Friday with flexible hours- Weekends and Holidays may be required.What You'll DoPositively promote and support the Fullscript values and missionEnsure that the department is maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentOversee all daily warehouse functions, including receiving, picking/packing, shipping, inventory control, quality control, facilities, and workplace safetyEnsure work areas are safe, and employees are following proper work procedures and protocols. Administering corrective action when guidelines are not followed, while offering encouragement when individuals and teams are performing at a high level.Responsible for creating and maintaining daily work schedules (scheduling overtime, ending work shifts early if work volume dictates, etc) to ensure business needs are metMaintained time and attendance data within the company timekeeping system. This includes editing employee punches when necessary and tracking attendance occurrences (late arrivals, unexcused absences, etc).Lead the new-hire/onboarding/training processConstantly look for new and innovative ways to increase the effectiveness of labor and system resourcesAct as a Leader within the department and organization.
