Role Description The Warehouse Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfield, OH, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities and ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operations. This role includes supervising warehouse staff, coordinating inbound and outbound freight, managing inventory accuracy, and optimizing space utilization and workflow. The manager will oversee cross-dock and logistical warehousing processes, ensure timely order fulfillment, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess experience in Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization and meeting service-level expectations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to maintain accuracy, manage stock levels, and support efficient order fulfillment.
- Candidates should possess Warehouse Management capabilities, including workflow planning, space utilization, and safety compliance.
Schedule, Benefits, and Compensation:

· Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 plus
Commission program after 60-days first year potential $4,000-$10,000
