Warehouse Operations Associate (Picking & Packing)Location: North Carolina (Within 20 Miles Only) Full-TimeWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented warehouse operations associates to support daily order fulfillment and package handling activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following operational procedures, and ensuring timely processing of customer orders.Key responsibilities include:Pick products from designated storage locations based on system-generated orders.Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to operational guidelines.Verify package information and perform quality checks before dispatch.Move packages safely between designated work areas.Load packages for delivery and ensure accurate order fulfillment.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the work area.Perform routine inventory checks and assist with stock audits.Report order discrepancies, damaged items, or operational issues to the appropriate team members.Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.Support additional warehouse and operational activities as assigned.Preferred qualifications include:Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, inventory, retail operations, or a similar environment.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to lift, carry, and move packages as required.Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.Work environment includes:Onsite position within a warehouse and fulfillment environment.Rotational shift schedule with flexibility to support business operations.Opportunity to work additional hours based on operational requirements.Training and onboarding support will be provided.Requirements include:Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned work location.Must have reliable transportation.Ability to meet company hiring and onboarding requirements.Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
