If you share our vision and values, we invite you to join our team.Starting Wage: $20/hourSummary: The Warehouse Operations Associate is a cross-trained, hands-on role responsible for supporting all operational functions within the furniture warehouse. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are accurately pulled, prepared, received, shipped, and delivered while maintaining safety, efficiency, and high customer service standards. Associates in this role may work in the warehouse, assist with deliveries, and support daily operational needs assigned.Store, pull, stage, and organize furniture and merchandise accurately for customer orders and deliveriesPrepare furniture for delivery, including inspection, wrapping, padding, labeling, and general delivery prepAssist as a delivery driver/helper on furniture delivery routes as needed, ensuring safe handling of products and professional customer interactionLoad and unload delivery trucks, vendor shipments, and transfer shipments safely and efficientlyPerform shipping and receiving duties, including checking inbound freight, verifying quantities and condition, and documenting discrepanciesStock, rotate, and organize inventory within the warehouse to ensure proper product flow and accessibilitySafely operate warehouse equipment such as standing lifts, dollies, carts, and hand toolsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety standardsAssist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy effortsCollaborate with warehouse, delivery, sales, and management teams to support daily operationsFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelinesPerform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and delivery operationsRequirements/Qualifications:Prior warehouse, distribution, delivery, or furniture handling experience preferred but not requiredComfortable working in a fast paced, physical environmentWillingness to be flexible with assigned duties, including warehouse work and delivery assistanceStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyReliable attendance and positive teamwork attitudeMust be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and clean driving recordAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull furniture and heavy items in excess of 100 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)A CDL is NOT required for this positionBenefits: What's in It for You?
