We develop and distribute high-quality raw materials, fragrance oils, waxes, containers, equipment, and other supplies used by makers and businesses of all sizes.With multiple distribution centers across the country, our warehouse teams play a critical role in getting the right products to our customers safely, accurately, and on time.We are looking for motivated, dependable Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment Associates to join our Reno, NV distribution center.This is a hands-on warehouse position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced operation where everyone contributes to getting the job done.The RoleAs a Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment Associate, you will support the daily operations of our distribution center. Depending on business needs, you may work across several areas of the warehouse, including:Order fulfillment picking/ packing and shippingReplenishment, put-away, inventory and cycle countsFreight and LTL shipmentsOther warehouse and operational functions as neededWhat You'll Be DoingAccurately pick customer orders using warehouse systems and equipmentPack orders safely and efficiently according to established standardsPrepare orders for UPS, USPS, freight, and other carriersReplenish inventory and maintain organized warehouse locationsPerform inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracyOperate warehouse equipment safely after completing required trainingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow standard operating procedures and safety requirementsWork efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracyCommunicate with leads, supervisors, and teammates regarding priorities and issuesAssist other departments and warehouse functions when business needs require itContribute to continuous improvement and help the team find better ways to workPhysical Requirements & Working ConditionsThis is a physically demanding, active warehouse position.

Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the facility for the majority of their shift.Expect to walk approximately 10–12 miles during a typical workday, depending on assignments and order volumeAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb steps, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shiftAbility to lift and move products weighing up to 55 lbs. repeatedlyAbility to safely push, pull, carry, and maneuver materials throughout the warehouseAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivityAbility to safely perform physically demanding tasks for extended periodsAbility to work safely around warehouse equipment, carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipmentWhat We're Looking ForRequiredPrevious warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or similar work experience preferred but not requiredAbility to understand and perform pick/pack/ship operationsAbility to lift up to 55 lbs.Ability to walk and remain active for extended periods of timeBasic computer skills and comfort learning warehouse technologyStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently while also being a strong team playerAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work safely and follow established proceduresValid driver's licenseAbility to pass required background checkWillingness to work early or late shifts based on business needsWillingness and ability to work weekend shifts, including Saturday, Sunday, or both, when scheduledPreferred / Bonus ExperienceForklift experience or certificationExperience operating pallet jacks or other material-handling equipmentExperience using RF scanners / handheld warehouse scannersWMS experienceLTL/freight shipping experienceInventory control and cycle countingQuality controlExperience working in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution environmentNo forklift or RF scanner experience?
