Position Summary

As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll support all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Process outgoing shipments using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform quality inspections.
- Process customer returns and support reverse logistics.
- Troubleshoot inventory or order discrepancies.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools.
- Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
