Pay Rate:
- Up to $20.50 per hour (1st Shift)
- Up to $22.50 per hour (2nd Shift)
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent related work experience
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong data entry, reporting, and analytical skills
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Pull and stage materials for production
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Troubleshoot SAP transaction issues
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support warehouse improvements
- Maintain vendor kanban systems and track incoming shipments
- Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, quality, and production teams
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports
- Assist with expired material disposition and inventory analysis
- Train new employees on inventory processes and cycle counting procedures
- Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
- Cross-train and provide backup support for logistics operations
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
