Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for our premier client, Callaway Golf, a global leader in sporting goods. This role is temp-to-hire and a great opportunity for long-term employment. Associates may support a variety of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, assembly, shipping, receiving, unloading, inventory movement, and other general labor duties as assigned. Training is provided to all new associates. Perform a variety of warehouse duties, which may include order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, labeling, sorting, unloading, and inventory handling. Support multiple warehouse departments as needed. Required to lift up to 60 lbs. repetitively, sort and stack boxes, and perform general warehouse duties to receive, process, store, or ship products.

Able to read, count accurately, and follow verbal and written directions in English for safety and training purposes. Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve Distribution Center goals. Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift. The warehouse is not a climate-controlled facility. Will be expected to cross-train and work in various departments within the warehouse.Requirements:Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.
