Warehouse Associate
Responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, inspect, and verify incoming/outgoing materials
- Stock and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand tools)
- Use RF systems/computers to track inventory and material locations
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Create shipping documents (BOLs, delivery tickets)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist other departments and perform general warehouse duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Dependable with strong attendance
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent forklift use and movement throughout shift
- Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (noise, dust, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
- Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours as needed
