Material Handler / Warehouse Associate
Franklin, MA

What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for domestic and international shipment
- Create shipping manifests and ensure orders are processed accurately
- Prepare shipments for trade shows and special events
- Receive and organize incoming finished goods
- Safely package hazardous materials for transportation (training provided if applicable)
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
