We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Material Handler-Driver to assist with inventory management, warehouse operations, and local driving duties.When you join our team, you'll receive a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid in two milestone payouts at your 6-months and 12-months after your hire date.Help us grow our team and earn extra cash! No limit on referrals!Duties & Responsibilities:Material Coordination: Oversee materials receiving, supply, and movement, including stock identification, loading, unloading, storage, and transfer.Inventory Management: Label new inventory items and identify appropriate warehouse bin locations. Assist with inventory control activities, such as physical and cycle counts.Order Fulfillment: Pull orders for assembly based on production needs and customer orders.Warehouse Organization: Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse and storage areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.Forklift Operation: Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts daily to move materials safely.Driving Responsibilities: Safely drive company vehicles to transport materials, supplies, and equipment between various locations (including deliveries to customers or picking up supplies from vendors). Ensure proper documentation of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and fuel records.

Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.Other Duties: Assist with other duties as assigned to support the warehouse team and daily operations.Requirements:High School Diploma, GED, or 5+ years of equivalent experience25 years of age or older and a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAdherence to safety policies and maintaining a safe workstationResponsible, accountable, and driven with a strong work ethicAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsReliable, dependable, and flexible in work schedulesEffective communication skills and ability to work well within a teamAbility to read, speak, and write English and follow both written and verbal instructionsHigh attention to detail and precision in task completionWillingness to work overtime as neededPreferred Qualifications (Not Required):Previous warehouse experienceFamiliarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systemsExperience operating Stand-up Reach TrucksBasic computer knowledgeStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience with local driving routes and deliveriesAt Bray International, we don't just build products—we build careers.
