POSITION OVERVIEW CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Material Handler / Cycle Counter for a full-time opportunity supporting warehouse operations in O'Fallon and St. Charles, Missouri. The primary focus of this position will be cycle counting and inventory accuracy, with additional responsibilities supporting parts and finished goods shipping as needed. This is an active, hands-on warehouse position requiring someone who is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day, operating a sit-down forklift, and working in a non-temperature-controlled environment. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a team-focused attitude. Reliability is extremely important in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Verify inventory quantities and ensure materials are stored in the correct warehouse locations.
• Research and report inventory discrepancies when physical counts do not match inventory records.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Support parts shipping and finished goods shipping operations as needed.
• Pick, move, stage, and organize materials to support daily warehouse operations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials and finished products.
• Maintain organized inventory locations to make materials easy to identify and retrieve.
• Move between the O'Fallon and St. Charles warehouse locations as operational needs require.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and shipping team members to keep materials and orders moving efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Stand-up forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Previous warehouse, material handling, inventory, cycle counting, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift and regularly bend, lift, stand, walk, and move materials.
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
• Must be able and willing to work at both the O'Fallon and St. Charles locations as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and track inventory.
• Dependable transportation and ability to maintain consistent attendance.
• Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
