Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, material handling, production, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse equipment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Manually load and unload automotive parts
- Sort, stage, and palletize materials for shipment and storage
- Shrink-wrap completed pallets for transport
- Operate a pallet jack as needed
- Organize materials and maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
