Roles & Responsibilities
- Unload inbound trucks manually, verify quantities, and stack boxes onto defined pallet patterns
- Locate pallets and materials into racks and bin locations using safe lifting techniques
- Accept and verify materials (catalog numbers, lot numbers, quantities, expiration dates) per incoming procedures
- Complete inventory transactions using RF/data collection scanners
- Assemble sterilization loads per palletization diagrams and place biological indicators as required
- Maintain an organized, compliant work area per quality system procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) as needed, including occasional forklift use
- 0-5 years - 1 year of relevant experience preferred; MHE/forklift experience preferred but must be open to manual labor as the primary task
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- General warehousing knowledge and ability to read/interpret manufacturing documents
- RF scanner and MHE operation
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- High School Diploma or GED required

- Ability to lift over 50 lbs in some areas
- Vision correctable to 20/40 and sufficient hearing to safely operate equipment
- Drug screening required (10-panel)
- Comfortable in a moderate-to-loud warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment
