Warehouse ManagerWe are seeking a Warehouse Manager who will ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate flow of materials that support daily manufacturing operations and oversee all warehouse activities. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of raw materials, components, and finished goodsImplement and uphold warehouse organization standards and monitor material flow to support uninterrupted production schedulesManage the Shipping Coordinator, ensure all inbound and outbound shipment are processed accurately, safely, and on schedule, and verify shipping documentation, accuracy of orders, and customer complianceCoordinate logistics and negotiate pricing with carriers and freight partnersEnsure receiving processes meet quality requirements and materials are inspected and delivered promptlyLead, train, schedule, and support warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operationsConduct regular performance feedback, participate in hiring, on-boarding, and coaching, and promote a safety-focused team environmentMonitor productivity metrics, identify opportunities to streamline warehouse and shipping processes, lead or support improvements, prepare and maintain reports, and resolve material or shipment issuesEnforce adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, policies, rules, and regulations
