We've been retained by a leading global freight forwarding company to identify an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Newark, NJ.
What you'll do:
- Lead daily warehouse operations and develop and coach warehouse teams
- Manage inventory and WMS processes
- Ensure customs, safety, and OSHA compliance
- Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
- Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of Bonded Cargo and CCSF compliance is a plus
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
