Warehouse Manager

salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

1. Leadership & Operations Management

• Direct daily warehouse activities and staff.
• Manage staffing schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Develop training plans focused on safety.
• Maintain SOPs and job descriptions with HR.

2. Warehouse Performance & Target Achievement

• Meet efficiency and on-time shipping targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and space utilization.
• Monitor operational and logistics budgets.

3. Inventory Control, Receiving & Shipping

• Manage dock operations and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Coordinate raw material staging for production schedules.
• Oversee audits, shipping manifests, and BOL documents.

4. Food Safety, Quality Assurance & Facility Sanitation

• Maintain SQF Level 3 certification and audit readiness.
• Coordinate QA inspections and lot tracking.
• Oversee sanitation, pest control, and GMP/OSHA compliance.

5. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving

• Lead process improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Experienced in system implementations is huge plus
• Troubleshoot WMS, logistics, and equipment issues.
