What You'll Be Doi
ngAs the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate flow of materials that support continuous productio
n.Key responsibilities includ
- e:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 warehouse professionals, including forklift operators, material handlers, inventory specialists, and packaging associate
- s.Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, staging, storage, shipping, and distribution activitie
- s.Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production lines to support uninterrupted manufacturing operation
- s.Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and ERP/WMS system utilizatio
- n.Supervise forklift operations and ensure ongoing training, certification, and safe equipment usag
- e.Direct packaging, labeling, palletizing, and shipment preparation of finished product
- s.Coordinate daily shipping schedules, carrier relationships, shipping documentation, and customer compliance requirement
- s.Maintain a highly organized warehouse environment while driving 5S and continuous improvement initiative
- s.Monitor labor utilization, productivity, workflow, and operational KPI
- s.Champion workplace safety by enforcing OSHA standards, PPE compliance, and safe work practice
- s.Partner closely with Production, Quality, and EHS teams to support material accuracy, traceability, and operational efficienc
- y.Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve performance and throughpu
- t.Train and develop employees on warehouse processes, equipment operation, and company policie

What We're Looking
- For3-5+ years of leadership experience within a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume production environme
- nt.Proven experience supervising teams of 10+ employe
- es.Strong understanding of inventory management, material flow, logistics, and warehouse operatio
- ns.Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or simila
- r).Forklift operation experience and ability to train and coach othe
- rs.Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skil
- ls.Ability to work assigned day or night shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environme
