Warehouse Manager

ASH & IVY WANTS YOU

Do you want to be part of a growing company that genuinely cares about its employees, builder partners, and customers? Do you want to lead an operation where your work directly impacts how well homes get built across Arizona? If so, you will love working at Ash & Ivy.

Ash & Ivy sources and distributes windows, doors, and cabinetry for custom and production home builders across Arizona. We import directly from overseas manufacturers and stage product out of our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Mesa for delivery to job sites across the Valley.

This is not just a job — this is an opportunity to build something. We are taking our warehouse to the next level as a true staging operation: product comes in by container, gets checked and documented, is staged by project and lot, and goes out complete and on schedule. We are looking for a hands-on, driven leader to own that operation and make it run that way every day. If you would rather build a process than inherit one, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

•     Lead and develop the warehouse supervisor and crew, including daily priorities, schedules, training, and hiring.

•     Receive inbound containers and freight, reconcile against purchase orders, and manage damage claims and manufacturer issues.

•     Keep inventory accurate in Fishbowl through cycle counts, clear labeling, and organized storage.

•     Stage product by project and lot so every delivery and will-call is complete and ready on time.

•     Schedule and dispatch deliveries across the Valley in coordination with builder project managers.

•     Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and enforce forklift and equipment safety.

•     Reduce handling, damage, and dwell time, and report weekly on receiving accuracy, damage, and on-time deliveries.

•     Partner with sales, purchasing, and logistics so orders go out right the first time.

YOU WILL BE AN AWESOME ADDITION TO THE TEAM IF

Must have:

•     You have 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, including 2+ years supervising a team.

•     You have experience receiving ocean containers or large inbound freight and reconciling it against purchase orders.

•     You have a proven track record of keeping inventory accurate through cycle counts.

•     You have experience scheduling local deliveries with box trucks or flatbeds.

•     You have a valid driver's license, can lift 50 lbs, and are comfortable working on your feet.

•     You set clear expectations, follow through, and treat your crew with respect.

•     Forklift certification (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire).

Nice to have:

•     Experience with windows, doors, cabinetry, millwork, or other oversized, fragile building materials.

•     Fishbowl or similar inventory software experience.

WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH ASH & IVY

Ash & Ivy is a company filled with great people and high standards. We work hard, we support each other, and we celebrate wins together. We take pride in what we do because the builders and homeowners who count on us deserve the best.

In this role, you will have real authority over how the warehouse runs, a direct line to the General Manager, and the room to build it right. When you improve something here, everyone sees it, and your performance is recognized.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

•     Full-time, salaried role

•     Pay range: $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience

•     Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm, with occasional extended hours during peak receiving

•     Medical, dental, and vision insurance

•     Paid holidays and PTO

•     Based in Mesa, AZ (East Valley)
