The Warehouse Manager is accountable for the Market Center’s product inventory, purchasing, receiving, warehouse processes, and distribution of products through the execution of standard operational policies and procedures. The manager coordinates, coaches, and performs performance management for the warehouse team, ensures financial objectives are met by managing key metrics, and provides safe and efficient service to internal and external contacts needing product or information. The role also supports safety leadership within the Market Center.
Compensation
Salary range: $68,000.00 to $75,000.00.

Job Responsibilities
- Directs inbound and outbound inventories of merchandise, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient storage and utilization of products
- Tracks, reconciles, and orders product inventories for the Market Center to effectively manage out-of-stock, out-of-date products, and weeks-on-hand to fulfill client needs
- Communicates with affected managers and frontline personnel regarding voids, delays or other product changes that may affect client deliveries, and discusses alternative product needs to meet client demand
- Communicates with vendors as needed to ensure timely delivery of ordered products and equipment
- Manages warehouse workforce that receives, stocks, rotates, and pulls product, ensuring work is completed using safe practices
- Participates in the hiring process for the warehouse team
- Responsible for the training, coaching and performance management of each team member
- Monitors workflow and ensures proper inventories are pulled for daily routes
- Supervises the completion of all daily warehouse work

Qualifications
- Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or related operations
- Must have prior experience with direct reports, including hiring, coaching, and developing talent
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must have excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
