We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, lead staff, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient facility. This role manages scheduling, workflow, performance, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, staffing, and scheduling.
Ensure production, accuracy, and service goals are met.
- Lead maintenance, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
- Manage warehouse systems including WMS, voice selection, and JD Edwards.
- Drive improvements in material handling, safety, efficiency, and cost control.
- Assist with budgeting and manage overtime and labor costs.
- Implement operational improvements and support leadership directives.
- Partner with the Distribution Manager to resolve daily issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of warehouse or labor‑management experience.
- Experience with WMS, engineered labor standards, Lucas voice tech, JD Edwards.
- Strong leadership, staffing, safety management, budgeting, and process skills.
