Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and staff coordination. This role is hands‑on and operational, responsible for keeping materials moving efficiently, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse, and supporting internal teams and customers with reliable logistics and service.
Responsibilities
- Manage all shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain accurate inventory using warehouse or inventory software
- Schedule drivers and contractors and coordinate local deliveries
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Supervise warehouse staff and support future hiring and training
- Manage warehouse expenses and purchasing accounts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Attend regular operations meetings and coordinate with leadership
- Maintain OSHA safety standards and DOT‑related requirements
- Deliver strong customer service and support internal teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a physical warehouse environment
- Experience with AV equipment or technical inventory preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse or rental software a plus
