Position Overview
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and e-commerce order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment)
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Oversee e-commerce fulfillment (pick, pack, ship and return processing) and meet order deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to align inventory needs
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment
- Experience with Walmart Retail Link and other grocery distributor systems is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role (not office-only)
- Forklift experience preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Chinese language preferred
- Reporting their KPIs.
