Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory, logistics, and compliance
- Manage receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and returns
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Control warehouse expenses and asset security
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of warehouse management experience
- High school diploma/GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license (Forklift experience preferred)
- Knowledge of US Customs regulations is a plus
