Warehouse Manager - Manufacturing
Salary $95,000 - $105,000 Plus Excellent Benefits

Company is experiencing rapid growth and offers opportunities within the organization. As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll deal with multi-shift operations. Will manage all out bound shipments and making sure they are fulfilled, keeping daily updates on this. This will be a hands-on role and you’ll manage the onboarding and training of all direct reports. You’ll not just manage, but mentor. Inventory management uses barcodes and RF scanners. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 2 years’ stable work experience in a warehouse environment, preferably a Manufacturing & Distribution environment. We are looking for a leader, and your resume should show upward progress in your career from worker to leader to supervisor or manager. Experience in supervising a team is required. Would prefer someone with SAP. A BS degree along with at least 2 years’ experience as a leader will fast track your resume, but a degree is not required.
Minimum requirements of this Warehouse Manager opportunity:
• At least 2 years’ stable experience in a Distribution (Warehouse) & Manufacturing environment
• Must have experience as lead, supervisor or manager
• Good leadership & communications skills are key for this role
• Very hands-on; not afraid to jump in to get the job done.
