We're seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations for a growing company in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader, or a strong warehouse supervisor ready to take the next step into management.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Develop and improve processes to increase productivity and accuracy
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, slotting, and process controls
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities
• Supervise warehouse equipment maintenance, including forklifts and material handling equipment
• Manage warehouse supplies and facility needs
• Partner with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations
• Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse staff
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
• Foster a positive, team-oriented, and safety-focused work environment
• Track and report operational metrics, including inventory accuracy, productivity, shipping performance, and safety compliance
• Jump in and support warehouse operations as needed to meet customer deadlines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
