What You’ll Own
Operational Leadership- Lead all receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Ensure accurate, on‑time order fulfillment through disciplined workflows
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow
- Maintain best‑in‑class safety, compliance, and operational standards
- Lead and develop a multi‑level operations team (frontline to management)
- Drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and performance development
- Control departmental budgets and labor costs
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and ERP accuracy
- Improve replenishment strategies and stock integrity
- Leverage scanning technology, automation, and warehouse systems
- Lead system upgrades and operational improvement initiatives
- Manage dock scheduling, freight coordination, and carrier relationships
- Track KPIs including accuracy, productivity, and on‑time delivery
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve cost per unit shipped
