More importantly, we're a group of people – chefs, hospitality veterans, managers and creators – who believe in the power of treating our guests like family and our restaurants like home.Job Summary:As a One Off Hospitality Catering & Events Warehouse Manager, you will work effectively and efficiently alongside members of the Catering Operations, Kitchen and Sales teams. You will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, receiving and storing products, maintaining and managing inventory records, purchasing and ordering, loading and unloading trucks for full service and delivery events, organizing and processing returns of unused products into current inventory, overseeing the scheduling, truck route of our Drop off and Full service Events.Responsibilities:Preparing orders for delivery while ensuring accuracy, including Delivery and Full Service Events.Management of schedule and responsibilities for internal drivers.Ensuring that all necessary equipment is in good working condition at all timesEnsuring proper storage conditions and keeping the warehouse clean and organizedMoving vehicles (including reversing into dock) proficiently and safelyMaintaining cleanliness of all vehiclesAssisting in producing accurate month-end inventoryOrdering, Purchasing and inventory of all liquor, mixers, disposables and internal equipment.Ensures all product and equipment are accounted for and loaded before delivery departurePerforms opening and closing tasksParticipates in warehouse/office/kitchen/Catering Meetings.Performing other duties as requested, such as cross-training, moving supplies and equipment, cleaning up spills, etc.Requirements:Required Qualifications:Warehouse experienceCatering experiencePurchasing and Ordering of food, beverage and supplies experience.Inventory recording and trackingMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a pre-employment background check and DOT checkHigh attention to detail to identify potential errors and rectify immediatelyPositive work attitude, self-confidence and a high level of energyWorking knowledge of order processing, loading procedures, and stacking techniquesWorking knowledge of accepted safety and sanitation proceduresPhysically capable of lifting 50+ lbsAbility to stand and work continuouslyWorks with speed, consistency and organizationPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Food Service and/or Customer Service (highly valued).Team player, thriving in collaborative environments.Outgoing personality and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Catering Industry (Off-premise and On-premise).One Off Hospitality provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
