Warehouse ManagerBilingual Mandarin and English Required as this job requires to communicate with Mandarin speaking team.Salary: $70,000.00–$95,000.00 per yearJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Warehouse Manager to oversee the full operation of our facility.In this role, you will have overall responsibility for inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations, leading the Inbound and Outbound Supervisors and their teams. You will drive operational efficiency, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage staffing and vendor relationships, and report facility performance to senior leadership.The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with proven warehouse or distribution center management experience, sound judgment, and the ability to translate company goals into day-to-day operational execution.Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations LeadershipOversee overall facility operations, including inbound receiving, put-away, outbound fulfillment, and inventory control.Set daily, weekly, and monthly operational priorities and hold the Inbound and Outbound Supervisors accountable to targets.Monitor facility-wide KPIs (throughput, labor productivity, order accuracy, on-time ship rate, dock-to-stock time) and drive corrective action when targets are missed.Plan warehouse layout, slotting, and space utilization to support seasonal volume and business growth.Evaluate and implement process improvements, including WMS enhancements and automation opportunities.Staff & Vendor ManagementDirectly manage the Inbound Supervisor and Outbound Supervisor; provide coaching, performance reviews, and development support.Own facility staffing plans, including headcount forecasting and coordination with staffing agencies and HR on recruiting, onboarding, and disciplinary matters.Manage relationships with carriers, staffing vendors, equipment vendors, and other third-party service providers.Approve schedules, overtime, and labor allocation across shifts and departments.Inventory & ReportingEnsure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.Review and approve reports on damages, shortages, overages, and shrinkage before escalation to supply chain or corporate teams.Prepare and present facility performance reports and budget updates to senior leadership.Manage the facility's operating budget, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment expenses.Safety & ComplianceMaintain a safety-first culture; enforce OSHA requirements and company safety policies facility-wide.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, labor, and material-handling regulations.Oversee incident investigations, corrective action plans, and safety training programs.Maintain licensing, permits, and required documentation for the facility.QualificationsProfessional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations, including 2+ years in a management role overseeing supervisors or multiple teams.Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, distribution centers, or cross-border logistics is highly preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Proven track record managing budgets, staffing plans, and vendor relationships.Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, RF scanning technology, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Forklift certification or OSHA-related safety training preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and walk the facility floor for extended periods to oversee operations.
