Our manufacturing and distribution client in the Brattleboro, VT area is seeking to hire a Warehouse Manager for a direct-hire opportunity. This is an excellent leadership role for an experienced logistics professional who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, and driving results. You'll have the opportunity to lead a critical function, partner with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact on business performance.

Your qualifications for the Warehouse Manager position are:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• Proven success leading teams, developing employees, and improving operational performance
• Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of ERP, warehouse management, or inventory management systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• Ability to analyze KPIs, implement process improvements, and drive accountability
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus

For the Warehouse Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20+ warehouse and logistics employees
• Oversee receiving, inventory management, warehousing, shipping, fulfillment, and material movement operations
• Ensure accurate inventory control and reliable material flow to support production requirements
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Improve warehouse efficiency, organization, productivity, and service levels
• Partner with operations, planning, quality, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
• Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and accountability
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to drive long-term improvements
