Warehouse ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations across a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory controlManage inbound and outbound workload to ensure on-time deliveriesSupervise, coach, and develop warehouse team membersMonitor and maintain inventory accuracy and reportingCoordinate schedules with carriers, customers, internal teams, and accounting for billingControl labor costs and optimize staffing levelsTrack and analyze warehouse KPIs to improve performanceTroubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policiesOversee warehouse equipment usage, maintenance, and safetyQualifications3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experienceStrong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skillsExcellent communication and time management abilitiesExperience with inventory management systems and warehouse operationsKnowledge of OSHA safety regulations and complianceForklift certification requiredOSHA training, First Aid, or similar certifications preferredEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
