We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Management Systems Specialist based in Fort Worth, TX!In this role, you will be responsible for:Verifying raw materials available prior to production schedule, code dates, material substitutions, schedule changes to meet demandsValidating pallets produced per production run & raw material usages/lossesPerforming physical counts of raw materials for inventory controlComparing inventories & researching discrepancies between WMS & SAPReconciling & compiling daily/weekly bottle usages with Graham PackagingAssisting operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, demands, relocations, etc.Researching consumer complaints, use raw materials, time frames, downtimes, etc.Reconciling Production's pallets produced vs. Distribution's pallets received.Using Teco (confirm production orders completed/closed) & final verification of high losses for accounting purposes.Your work schedules could include nights, weekends and/or holidays to provide the ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment as business needs dictate.Daily Production Losses:Tracking raw material usage & lossesVerifying finished good lossesIdentifying & reporting possible reasons for high lossesDocumenting daily milk inventory consumed per production batch & filler to identify end-of-day milk scraping losses.Report on Various Plant Results:Using New Cute Model/Spreadsheet for Daily Line/Plant OE ResultsWriting 24hr. reporting & results of line PE/OE/Technical EfficiencyEntering downtime per ReportsEntering Start/Stop times per WMS/SAP production day reportsEntering Lbs.
