Warehouse ManagerPurpose of the positionWarehouse daily affairs and personnel managementWarehouse receiving and shipping management and shipment order fulfillmentShipment fulfillment material shortage managementWarehouse inventory and personnel safety supervision and assuranceDuties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure receiving, preparation of materials for dispatch, and logistics delivery are timely according to order requirements, ensuring normal production operationsMaintain inventory aligned with business needs, enforce the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle, and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure records match physical stockOptimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce handling time and costsSupervise and guide warehouse staff to achieve team objectives (e.g., staff scheduling, on-time shipment fulfillment)Establish and enforce warehouse safety protocols (e.g., fire safety inspections, cargo placement standards)Internal and external communication abnormal handlingProcess and SOP OptimizationEducation and work experienceBachelor's degree or above, Major in Warehousing and Logistics, Business Administration, Economics1 years or more of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with supply chain operators preferredWorking conditionsOffice-based role, fast-paced work environmentThis position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.Skills: Familiar with SAP/ERP/WMS systems Proficient in using Excel/PPT
