Including moving finished goods, use of a fork truck, maintaining levels of customer compliance, and communication with customer service for OTIF and outside vendors for inbound shipments. They are responsible for supervising the activities related to safety, security, sanitation and cleanliness of the docks and all related equipment.
They will communicate all issues by documentation and escalate issues with equipment, safety, and shipping helpers to management.Essential Functions & Key ResponsibilitiesRequest feedback on task completion or warehouse worker involvement for scheduling purposesLead will delegate, motivate, and empower warehouse team membersSchedule training according to managements guidelinesSupervise, plan and assign warehouse team to meet schedules to handle daily volumeAssist in daily movement of finished goods from production floor to warehouse storageEnsure customer service standards are achieved by directing the activities of the warehouse team and coordinating with customer service and other departmentsEnsure all products are unloaded and placed for proper inventory controlEnsure that all warehouse equipment is maintained and functional.
