Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM; hours may vary and overtime may be required
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
About the Role
The Sorter/Dismantler will support warehouse operations by identifying, sorting, and dismantling electronic devices and components. This role involves operating equipment, handling materials, maintaining an organized work area, completing required documentation, and following established safety procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, categorize, and sort electronic devices and components.
• Operate equipment, including an eWaste shredder, to safely complete assigned tasks.
• Remove casings and storage components from materials.
• Ensure universal waste materials are properly sorted and stored according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by completing routine cleanup tasks.
• Provide support to other operational areas as needed.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Follow all established safety practices and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read, understand, and complete basic checklists, forms, and related documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
