This position performs routine cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the facility while following all safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesSweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum warehouse and office floors.Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of materials properly.Clean warehouse work areas, docks, aisles, and other assigned spaces.Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies.Clean spills promptly and place appropriate warning signs when necessary.Dust and wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, windows, and fixtures.Safely operate basic janitorial equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to instructions.Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered.Follow all warehouse safety, sanitation, and security procedures.Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns to management.Complete additional cleaning and facility-support duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious janitorial, custodial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Ability to safely use cleaning products and janitorial equipment.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.Willingness to follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.
