About Us From weddings and celebrations to corporate gatherings and major sporting productions, our team works behind the scenes to bring events to life. Warehouse Manager at Bright Event Rentals isn't a behind-the-desk role. It's a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a physical, fast-moving environment and takes real pride in running a tight operation. You'll lead a team of warehouse team members, own the condition and readiness of our rental inventory, and make sure every truck leaves on time and every item comes back accounted for. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, logistics, and operational execution. If you're energized by solving problems on the fly, building strong teams, and seeing the direct result of your work — this is the job. Direct the daily operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound equipment flow, staging, and yard organization. Lead, schedule, and develop a team of warehouse team members, setting expectations, coaching performance, and building accountability into the culture. Oversee crew scheduling and timekeeping to match operational demands, including peak event periods. Collaborate with operations and logistics leadership to align warehouse output with delivery schedules and event timelines.
