- 2+ years of experience in a shipping & receiving or warehouse environment
- Experience auditing inventory and verifying shipment documentation
- Ability to operate RF scanning equipment; WMS experience preferred
- Reach truck or high-reach forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills and computer literacy (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
- Ability to lift 26-50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors
- Audit daily inbound and outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse paperwork
- Verify shipment documentation against physical product counts and descriptions
- Label tires accurately and ensure correct product identification
- Identify and report discrepancies in counts, descriptions, or product condition
- Maintain inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain location control
- Prepare accurate documentation for data input
- Operate a high-reach forklift as needed
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by management
