Warehouse Inspection/Finishing TechnicianIngleside, IllinoisType: TemporaryWarehouseSalary: $19.8 Per HourWarehouse Inspection/Finishing TechnicianThis position is responsible for final inspection of finished labels and or product. Ensures that quality is maintained according to customer specifications.Job Duties:Ability to read and interpret job tickets.Executes all finishing activities according to customer requirements.Completes final customer product packaging and labeling.Jointly approves produced manufacturing jobs by confirming finished product specifications as detailed on the job ticket and content proof using visual inspection and/or measurements.Ability to identify non-conforming material or product and understand non-conforming quarantine procedure.Ability to read and utilize size measurement tools (i.e., microscale, microview).Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste.Inputs data into ERP system.Attends any relevant process, product, or professional development training as assigned by managerAuthority Stop production if the product or process is not as standardAddresses and stops any dangerous activity as may cause damage to the product, process, personal and/or environmentRequirements:Skills & Abilities:Education: High School Diploma or GEDComputer Skills: BasicCertifications & Licenses: NoneAdditional Requirements Include: Autonomy – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Communication, Oral – Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.Communication, Written – Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.Decision Making – Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.Driven to succeed – Burning desire to win.Perseverance – Never gives up and refuses to lose.Intelligent – Ability to learn quickly, internalize and retain.Resourceful and Creative – Ability to analyze problems/issues from various angles.Organized and Ability to Multi-Task – Ability to make sense out of chaos.Monday-Thursday2nd shift: 3pm – 230am$19.80/hr (includes 1.80 shift diff.)Background/Drug test/EverifyIngleside, IL 60041
