Warehouse Innovation Project ManagerManage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projectsDevelop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful executionProvide standard operating procedures and guidance to onsite warehouse teams regarding new processesCollaborate with internal and external teams, including operations, IT, engineering, and third-party vendors, to drive project successAnalyze project performance data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesAnalyze current warehouse layouts, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementCommunicate project updates, key findings, and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise mannerEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent experienceExperience: 3+ years of relevant experience in service Logistics, warehouse & 3PL operations within the logistics industry preferredCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearlyTechnical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS)Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend tracking, and report creationOrganization: Excellent attention to detail, project planning, and cross-team collaborationFlexibility: Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as neededReliability: Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independentlyAbility to travel up to 50 % in USPhysical Demands:The position requires the ability to talk and hear while performing the duties of this jobThe position requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and armsThe position requires dexterity to write and use computer keyboard and mouseThe position requires multitasking and solving complex issues, occasionally in a fast-paced environmentThis position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products, materials and supplies, up to 20 pounds
