Warehouse (Hub) Manager

Position Summary

TheHubManageris responsible foroverseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and dispatch operations. This role leads and develops warehouse personnel to ensure operations are safe, efficient, and aligned with company service and costobjectives. TheHubManager is accountable for driving continuous improvement, enforcing safety and compliance standards, managing laborplanningandoperatingexpenses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeand managedaily warehouse operations including receiving,stocking, returns,inventory,shipping, and dispatch operations.

• Lead, train,coach,and supervise warehouseand drivingstaff

• Ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment performance

• Enforce safety, compliance, and company policies

• Monitor KPIs anddrive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Control labor costs and operational expenses

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Transportation, Sales, Purchasing, Safety, HR) to meet service goals.

• Support implementation of process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational projects.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of warehouse or distribution center experience

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Proven ability to manage labor, productivity, and performance metrics

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Provenproficiencywith warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers (training/certificationrequired)

• Strongcommunication,organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Strong working knowledge of warehouse systems (MAM WMS or similar) and spreadsheetproficiency.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business

• Experience in high-volume distribution, e-commerce, or 3PL environments

• Experience managing automated or mechanized warehouse systems

• Forklift certification(or willingness to obtain)

• Experience working infast-paced,project-oriented warehouse environment

• Familiarity with all warehouse department functions

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Combination of warehouse and office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and handling automotive parts

• Regular lifting/moving of objects up to 10 lbs., frequent up to 50 lbs.,occasionallyover 100 lbs.

• Physical activities include walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and balancing

• Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

• Occasional driving for deliveries orinter-facilitytransfers
