Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday | 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and safely operate warehouse technology and equipment.
  • Basic RF scanner and warehouse system experience preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, sortation, package handling, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners and working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet productivity goals.

  • Ability to maintain productivity in a high-volume warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail when sorting, scanning, and handling packages.

Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
  • Capable of working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
  • Must wear steel-toe footwear and follow all safety requirements.
Job Duties
  • Sort incoming packages and prepare them for shipment or delivery using RF scanning technology.
  • Build Gaylords, prepare sacks, and stack packages on pallets according to operational requirements.
  • Load packages onto conveyor systems to maintain continuous workflow and productivity.
  • Induct packages into warehouse systems and identify items requiring special handling.
  • Accurately scan, track, and process packages throughout the sortation process.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, palletizing, wrapping, and moving products within the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Support additional warehouse, distribution, and material-handling activities as assigned.

What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
• Sort incoming packages and prepare for delivery by either gaylord, sack setup or pallet stacking by using an RF Scanner. • Stack packages on feed conveyor to ensure continual flow • Induct packages into the system and identify any special handling needed. • Perform all additional duties as required • The ability to be dependable and reliable • The ability to work overtime • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations.
