Responsibilities

• Direct all warehouse functions including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, merchandising, and facility management.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and profitability targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop warehouse and front‑end teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure proper product rotation, and execute merchandising standards.
• Implement and monitor security, cash control, and shrink‑reduction procedures.
• Ensure a customer‑focused culture across all warehouse operations.
• Maintain OSHA compliance, enforce safety protocols, and ensure a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of management experience in food service, grocery distribution, supermarket, club warehouse, big‑box, or mass‑merchandising environments.
• Strong background in P&L, inventory control, merchandising, hiring/training, cash control, payroll, and loss prevention.
• Proven ability to lead high‑volume warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and people‑management skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and commitment to company values.
